Emergency breakdown
Gas, oil or heat pump. If your heating has failed, tell us what has happened and we will get an engineer to you.
Something has stopped working and you need it going again. We come out, find the fault and tell you what it takes to fix it.
A service is not included. Nothing is stripped, cleaned or certified on a call-out, and no service certificate is issued. If you want the annual service as well, it is booked and charged separately.
The annual strip, clean, test and certificate on a unit that is working. Booked in advance, at a fixed price. See service prices.
If you want the annual service done while the engineer is already there, tell us when you book and we will price the two together.
What we cover
Boilers and gas-fired plant that have failed, locked out or will not fire.
Oil boilers and burners that have stopped, cut out or will not reset.
Heat pumps in fault, alarming, or producing no heat or hot water.
What it costs
That covers the call-out and the first hour on site. If the job runs longer we tell you before the hour is up, so nothing lands on you afterwards. Parts are extra and quoted before we fit anything.
When we can get to you
Inside working hours, ring 061 514752 rather than relying on the form. The form is the right way to reach us outside hours.
