A service is the annual strip, clean, test and certificate on a unit that is working. A breakdown is when it has stopped and you need it going again. They are priced differently, so pick the one that matches what is actually happening. We do not do general plumbing. Blocked drains, taps, toilets and burst pipes are not what this team does.
