Why it is cheaper
Most of what a service costs is getting an engineer to your door. One van, one journey, one morning. When five houses in the same estate book together that journey is shared, and the saving goes back to the households rather than into diesel.
It works best where the same system was fitted across a scheme, because the engineer arrives with the right parts for every house instead of guessing.

How it works
- One person gets in touch. Usually a residents' association, a management company, or just whoever is willing to knock on a few doors.
- We confirm the rate in writing. Before anyone commits, so there are no surprises.
- You give us a date and a list. House numbers and a contact for each one.
- We do them all in one visit. Each household gets its own service record, and each pays their own €220.
