Description
Castlebrook Manor is an exciting project, that is currently ongoing. This estate comprises of all new "A" rated houses with air to water heating and full demand control ventilation systems.
Phase 1 of this project is worth €1.4m and was successfully completed in 2020.
Phase 2 is ongoing and is valued at €900,000. We expect Phase 2 to be completed by January 2022!
Phase 3 is due to start in middle of 2022 (between March & June) with an additional 150 units planned to be added.
