Description
Promec are delighted to be involved in the Amaharc Muileann project!
A total of 130 units are being developed for Co-Operative Housing Ireland, as part of the nationwide plan to tackle the housing crisis. Co-Operative Housing are designing and building these units through the main contractor Formation Homes Limited.
Promec are looking after the full mechanical installments on all of these units which comprises of air-to-water heat pumps, underfloor heating, radiators and full ventilation services.
The project has a valuation of €1.9m.
