Description
The Ardhu offers 61 designed and furnished one, two and three-bedroom apartments.
The development started as an unoccupied aparthotel. Demolition and reconfiguration of the layout facilitated various types of accommodation, along with the refurbishment of stairs and entrance lobbies.
Promec carried out the upgrade of all mechanical and electrical components on site, plus the relocation of the plant rooms.
